The beauty of that is when the government shuts down, essential workers still work and get paid so it is not a complete shut down. It will show us how bare bones our government can be and still function without all the waste. Obviously, some necessary personnel and agencies will not be operational in the shut down, and those services will be needed but the shut down is one hell of an opportunity for Trump to expose and cut waste.
Can you think of a better way to end waste than to shut most of it down then and rebuild it slowly? If Trump plays this smartly, the crooked Congressmen will play right into his hands. Not to mention Musk is working for free so he will still be digging into shit.
My hope is Musk shows us all where every nickel is going and that will show the corruption and should run some rats out of DC.
I'm all for shutting down the government to do a line by line budget no reason they can't.
