House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) sent four letters to various officials Friday, calling for information and interviews the committee has been requesting, in a final warning shot before he sends subpoenas their way.
The Daily Caller first obtained the letters, which were sent to Chip Slaven, former Interim Executive Director and CEO of the National School Boards Association; Nina Jankowicz, former leader of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “Disinformation Governance Board;” Viola Garcia with the National School Boards Association and Jennifer Moore, the Executive Assistant Director for the Human Resources Branch at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
In the letters, Jordan accuses each official of ignoring requests for transcribed interviews, as well as not providing the committee with the documents and information they previously requested. Jordan gives the officials one last chance to come before the committee before sending subpoenas to the officials.
“We have made several requests to you for documents and information relating to the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ within the Department of Homeland Security and your role as the Board’s Executive Director. These requests, to include your appearance for a transcribed interview before the Committee, remain outstanding,” Jordan wrote in the letter to Jankowicz.
“These documents and your testimony are necessary to further our oversight. As we begin the 118th Congress, we write again to reiterate our outstanding requests and ask that you immediately comply in full. You have been on notice about our oversight requests — and are aware that the requests are outstanding — for months. For your convenience, we have attached the letters dated May 5, 2022, and December 1, 2022,” Jordan continued.
“Although your attorney has belatedly contacted the Committee, our requests are still outstanding. Accordingly, we reiterate our requests and ask that you comply promptly. The Committee is prepared to resort to compulsory process, if necessary, to obtain your testimony and this material,” he added in his letter to Jankowicz.

The other ends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for staff at health care facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid. The House Oversight Committee on Thursday called on Joe Biden’s climate czar John Kerry to provide information on his secret negotiations with Communist China to undermine US economic interests.
These Democrats are all the same – doing anything they can to destroy the country.

Dear Secretary Kerry: The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating your role in the Biden Administration and the nature of your negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). In the 117th Congress, we requested information from you regarding your position as special presidential envoy for climate (SPEC) — a cabinet-level position that does not require Senate confirmation despite your apparent ability to bind the United States to international agreements and SPEC employees ties to outside organizations.
To date, you have failed to respond to any of our requests. Yet, you continue to engage in activities that could undermine our economic health, skirt congressional authority, and threaten foreign policy under the guise of climate advocacy. The Committee requests documents and information to understand your role and provide necessary transparency over the SPEC and its activities. In May 2022, you told the Associated Press that you were in negotiations with the CCP to form a group to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Most recently, at the World Economic Forums (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, you claimed that the solution to changing global temperatures is, “money, money, money, money, money, money, money.”
As a member of the President’s cabinet, you should be representing the United States’ interests. Your stat
ements, however, consistently show disregard for American national security and taxpayer dollars. You have also continued to downplay the CCP’s human rights violations and its antagonism against the U.S. while promoting climate negotiations that the CCP does not even appear interested in entering. In April 2021, you insisted that CCP’s intransigence “on human rights, geostrategic interests… do not have to get in the way of something that is as critical as dealing with climate.”
You recently insisted that the CCP’s behavior should be decoupled from our attempts to enter into climate agreements, stating “I think the key is that this is not a bilateral issue and that we need to get back to the table because the world depends on it and it could be helpful to China’s efforts to protect its own population….”
Your office continues to ignore requests for information. We are left with an insufficient
understanding of your office’s activities, spending, and staffing.
To enable long overdue oversight of your office, please provide the following documents and information no later than February 16, 2023, covering the time period January 20, 2021, to the present:
1. All documents and communications regarding elements of the FY21, FY22, and FY23 budgets of the SPEC, including those discussed off the record;
2. A list of all individuals present at any discussions where elements of the FY21, FY22, and FY23 budgets of the SPEC were discussed, whether on or off the record
3. A full list, including names, titles, and salaries of all individuals currently and previously employed by the office of the SPEC, as well as all ethics and financial disclosures of those individuals;
4. All documents and communications between any individual or individuals within the office of the SPEC and any third party, including but not limited to any environmental advocacy group or foreign government official; and
5.All documents and communications regarding domestic and international travel of the SPEC.

Fox News Digital first reviewed the subpoena, which compels Wray to turn over documents to the committee at 9:00 a.m. on March 1.
The subpoena compels Wray to produce all documents referring to meetings with U.S. attorneys’ offices in accordance with Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Oct. 4, 2021 memo, which directed the FBI to partner with local law enforcement and U.S. attorneys to identify parental threats at school board meetings against faculty and "prosecute them when appropriate."

House Oversight Chair Escalates Investigation Into Biden Crime Family, Accuses Treasury Department of Obstructing Probe
House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) on Monday escalated his investigation into the Biden Crime Family.
“I am calling on US Treasury to testify at a hearing on March 10,” Comer said on Monday.
“The American people deserve transparency. Treasury’s failure to produce requested information related to the Biden family’s influence peddling schemes is unacceptable.” Rep Comer said.
Hunter Biden and his Uncle James have at least 150 suspicious activity reports on their accounts.
According to Rep. Comer, the Bush administration created banking suspicious activity reports. It was a way for banks to help the administration track foreign money laundering and dangerous terrorist activities.
Congress was always able to access the government reports from the Treasury Department.
But then Joe Biden immediately changed the law when he entered the White House. Now, Congress cannot access the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports.
And Treasury Secretary Janet Yellin is covering for the Biden Crime Family.
The government is withholding this information from Congress.
