WVSPORTS.COM West Virginia head coach Neal Brown press conference summary

--West Virginia head coach Neal Brown says game week is finally here and it's what it's all about. Great venue.

--Brown has a ton of respect for James Franklin. They are multiple and can run the football against pretty much anybody and the strength is their offensive line. Two tackles that will be draft picks and one might be the first taken and the running back room is special as well as fast and big. Their center makes the whole thing go. Not sure who will they see at quarterback. Drew Allar played last year and he proved himself. They lost a lot of wide receivers but they are talented and they added a lot of speed. On defense, Manny Diaz is one of the most talented defensive groups they will play. They have nine draft picks on their defense and that's not him being conservative. They will play man coverage and mix a lot with zone pressures. Their defensive line is good and they are quick and can move. They have four guys that will play at safety and two returning starters, while the King kid at corner will be a first round pick. Replacing all of their specialists but they'll be good. It's about getting ready to go play in a tough venue. They started prep last week and got really focused and sharpened the game plan.

--Brown said if you look at it offensively the strength of the team is the offensive line and they have to win those battles in one-on-one situations. They've got to win there and break tackles because they can really run and get to it. Defensively they have to win in some coverage matchups. As talented as they are they have to be able to cover them and be able to tackle in one-on-one opportunities.

--Watch a bunch of high school to prepare for Drew Allar. He is talented, big kid that is more athletic than he gets credit for. He has a huge arm and whoever starts will be making their first start so they need to make it tough on him.

--Brown said no, they won't announce a starting quarterback publicly prior to the game.

--All the preparation is sped up because they have to go on the road and play in a loud venue. It's their first game and they have to be ready to go. They've pressed on the gas and tried to be super physical and they don't have the benefit of the doubt.

--Going to be first game mistakes on both sides and West Virginia needs to take advantage of those.

--You have to eliminate the errors and have belief to pull off an upset. You have to have belief in the plan and the people around you heading into it. You can't do things that get you beat whether that's turnovers, penalties and missed assignments. Then you have to make plays either on 50/50 balls or returns or plays on third or fourth down you have to make your fair share. You have to hang in there to put yourself in position to win in the fourth quarter.

--All of the transfers but one or two will be a real factor in the game. Several will get their first start with us. Beanie Bishop and Devin Carter it won't be too big for them.

--Anytime you play on national television it's an opportunity. It's a challenge but it's up to them to make the most of it. Each team is different but anytime you go and you're a double digit underdog and go against a highly ranked opponent there has to be some things go your way but you have to have a good football team. It's hard to stand on a soap box before you go play a game. He likes the group and they're going to play hard and do it the right way. He is looking forward to watching them.

--Everybody that you think might play they're going to play. That's as good of a view as he can on the depth chart and remaining position battles.

--Traylon Ray has been sick and out but it will depend on how he practices.

--Robinson 44 he's special he is going to be a first round pick, Carter the linebacker he is wearing the same number as Micah Parsons and he is a freak.

--Backgrounds are similar a lot of the same pass concepts are similar between West Virginia and Penn State's offense. They lost some receivers and a good tight end but they've been able to replace them. They have a lot of talent so it's not a question mark to them at wide receiver. Brown thinks they'll be able to give their defense a pretty good look.

--Brown thinks you can put your guys in as many situations as you possibly can but until you get in a game you just don't know for some people.

--Brown said there are a couple guys that are question marks with injuries as far as guys that won't be playing he doesn't have any starters that won't be playing.

--Brown said it needs to be across the board and mandate depth charts and mandate injury reports for the games. He would be in favor of that. But until everybody does it, it's not fair and balanced. That's the way it should be done. They're moving more and more toward a professional model.

--Singleton and Allen, the running backs for Penn State, play off each other great. Singleton you don't see the speed and the strength combination and his lower body is so strong and when he gets into the open field he can break one tackle and go to the house. Allen is really talented and versatile.

--Physical camp and West Virginia wide receivers are a group that's going to be challenged. The guys they need to make plays have been solid in camp and he's comfortable. They'll play six to eight.

--They've been as physical as they've been and tackled as much as they can. That's led to some friendly fire with backups getting dinged up but it's what they needed to do.

Could we band together to trick the networks?

This thought has entered my mind, so I thought I'd throw it out there for discussion. With a little effort and no expense on our part, could we as a fanbase ban together to fool the networks?

We all know now that an athletic department's value to the networks is based on the number of viewers. If we as Mountaineer nation would stream every game on our phones, iPads, computers, etc. even if we're watching on TV (or at the game), would we be able to increase our perceived viewership to make a difference? Even if only 100,000 fans added one additional stream or 50,000 added two addition streams each game, we may be able to make an impact. Obviously we have more fans that that, so we may even be able to make a great impact, and it would only take a minute or two for each of us to do this each game. Opinions?

Rural communities on edge over Pedo-Joe's latest move that's being fought in court

What in the name of all that is Holy, is this moron doing that helps America and its citizens? I'm asking you @Soaring Eagle 74, @bamaEER, @moe, @NYC_Eer and @sammyk?

Pedo-Joe and his fellow Democrats want to tell us how we can do our cookouts, how many beers we can have, what ceiling fans and other appliances we're allowed to own (he just banned incandescent lightbulbs) and what cars we can own.

Do you all have a limit on what the government can take from you, or are you willing to let them have absolute power over you?

Why do you bleaters want to talk $h!t than policy? Do you not care at all with what's happening to our country?

Demoicrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

LINK: Montana Attorney General Knudsen says pedo admin actions are 'direct attack on rural communities'

The state of Montana filed a legal motion against the pedo administration over its decision to permit a billionaire-backed organization to lease large swaths of public property for non-agriculture uses.

In a motion for summary judgment filed with the Department of Interior's Office of Hearings and Appeals late last week, Montana alleged a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rule issued in 2022 unlawfully prioritizes non-production "conservation herds" over livestock production and the state's rural ranching communities. In July 2022, BLM granted a request to the American Prairie Reserve (APR) to graze bison across leased federal lands.

"The BLM’s final decision granting a general use permit to graze bison is a direct attack on rural communities — attacks that have become a hallmark of the Biden Administration," Knudsen told Fox News Digital in a statement. "The BLM has bent over backward to circumvent the law and approve APR’s plan to turn hundreds of thousands of acres of productive ranch land into a nature preserve for the wealthy."

"From shutting out Montana ranchers during the comment period, proposing to copy and paste directly from APR’s website, and ignoring federal law and its own regulations, it’s clear Pedo-Joe's BLM intended to rubber stamp this proposal from the start — no matter the impact on and opposition from local communities," he continued.

Knudsen called on the Interior Department's appeals board to step in on the case and force BLM to rescind the rulemaking. BLM and APR have a month to respond to Montana's motion filed Friday.

BLM's decision granted APR the ability to graze bison across 63,500 acres of federal lands that the group has leased over the past several years. The group first made the request in 2017 and revised its request in 2019.

Overall, APR has completed a total of 37 transactions to create a "habitat base" of 460,800 acres in Montana, of which 124,098 acres it privately owns and 336,702 acres it leases from the state and mainly federal government. The transactions are part of the group's overarching goal of creating a 3.2 million-acre ecosystem connecting private and leased lands to the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge in northern Montana.

According to the group, the giant conservation project would benefit both wildlife in the region and the public. Instead of asking the federal government to manage the project, APR states that its goals are fueled entirely by private philanthropy and voluntary land exchanges.

"We're not asking the federal government to create anything, we're not asking the federal government for any money," Pete Geddes, APR's vice president and chief external relations officer, told Fox News Digital last year. "Instead, we're engaged in private philanthropy and voluntary exchange by buying ranches from people who would like to sell that to us."

"It's an area that doesn't have a lot of people in it and has been depopulating for a long, long time," Geddes said. "So, the thinking was, perhaps there's greater potential for less conflict over conservation in this part of the world."

In a statement Monday, Geddes said APR was confident in the facts of the case.

"The Attorney General, like everyone is entitled to his opinion," Geddes told Fox News Digital. "This case, like all others in which he is engaged, will be judged based on the facts and empirical evidence."

The American Prairie Foundation has raised tens of millions of dollars in recent years, according to recent tax filings, thanks in large part to its donors, which include well-known Wall Street and Silicon Valley magnates. Last year, the group reported financial contributions in excess of $63 million, up 53% year-over-year.

Hansjorg Wyss, a Swiss financier and mega-donor of liberal causes, deceased German retail mogul Erivan Haub, John Mars, the heir to the Mars candy fortune, and Susan Packard Orr, daughter of the Hewlett-Packard Co. co-founder, have all donated to AP, Bloomberg previously reported. APR, though, said about 3% of its contributions have come from international donors.

However, Knudsen, other state officials including Gov. Greg Gianforte and local ranchers have criticized and opposed APR's plans, arguing such a nature reserve would remove key land from production and negatively impact surrounding privately-owned lands.

Opponents of the project have particularly focused their ire on one of the group's chief proposals to release wild bison onto the property, giving visitors "a chance to witness the majestic species." That is the proposal that the Biden administration green-lit in part last year.

A grassroots group, the United Property Owners of Montana, has expressed concern that free-roaming bison may infect surrounding livestock with brucellosis, an infectious disease commonly found in bison and elk populations, which could be extremely costly for ranchers if spread to their cattle.

And Montana Department of Agriculture Director Christy Clark previously said the plan would remove "large chunks of land from production agriculture," likely decrease agricultural production revenue and harm support industries in the area like machinery sales and ranch laborers.

"Despite the public outcry against BLM’s anticipated decision, BLM rubber-stamped APR’s proposal, making a few small tweaks and ultimately awarding APR coveted general grazing permits to graze bison on public lands," Montana argued in its complaint Monday.

"BLM permitted this bison grazing by reclassifying bison as ‘domestic indigenous livestock’ and claiming that this new term of art — that appears nowhere in [federal regulations] — allows BLM to treat cattle and bison interchangeably for the purpose of issuing general grazing permits," the complaint continued. "This defies both law and logic."

"Whether APR classifies its bison as conservation animals, non-production animals, or as wildlife, the fact remains that they are not livestock for purposes of the laws that provide for grazing activities."

BLM declined to comment.

Funny... Not a word from board bleaters after their messiahs were caught lying, red-handed, claming climate change caused Hawaii wild fires...

More proof Democrats use diasters to push for power, hidden in a green agenda, that is based on lies.

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

Pedo-Joe slammed for taking credit for reopening schools: 'Will take years for students to dig out'

Can this guy go a day without lying to us? He is crushing this country with his lies and policies

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

LINK: Pedo-Joe and first lady Jill Biden welcomed students for the new school year at a Washington D.C. middle school

In a blistering opinion piece, The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board accused Pedo-Joe of trying to rewrite history after his administration took credit for reopening schools after COVID-19 closures.

The White House released a statement Monday, touting Pedo-Joe's "swift actions and historic investments" that led to "every school in America" safely opening for in-person instruction after the pandemic. The WSJ's editorial board mocked the notion this was something the White House should be proud of writing, "What an achievement—three and a half years after the start of the pandemic, all schools are open." (When has Pedo-Joe ever, successfully, peformed anything "swiftly" that helped America?)

Schools would have been open much sooner if the administration hadn't followed the advice of teachers' union leader, Randi Weingarten, the WSJ argued.

"The Administration omits that its own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention took dictation from union chief Randi Weingarten for its reopening guidelines," the WSJ wrote. "Those guidelines gave unions in urban school districts like Chicago cover to delay the return to full in-person learning."

"Schools would have opened much sooner had Mr. Biden used his bully pulpit and leveraged federal money," the paper added. "The Administration could have conditioned the nearly $200 billion in Covid funds that Congress appropriated for schools on their reopening. Instead, schools were showered with more money than they could usefully spend."

Students didn't benefit from these additional funds, the WSJ argued. While the hiring of school employees like social workers and nurses skyrocketed since the pandemic, test scores and student attendance continue to go down.

"The share of students reporting five or more days of missed school in the last month has doubled since 2020," the WSJ cited. "Nor has the Covid money done much to make up for learning loss. Eighth grade U.S. history test scores this year hit an all-time low. Average reading scores for 13-year-olds were the worst since the 1970s."

In the midst of this stark reality, the paper recoiled at Pedo-Joe joking about summer learning loss during a visit to a Washington D.C. middle school on Monday.

"The hardest thing is to come back after three months of not doing any work, not doing any homework, and all of a sudden you got a lot to make—everybody has a lot to catch up on from the end of the last year," Pedo-Joe told students.

The WSJ found this admission ironic, considering how long some schools were closed for.

"Imagine how much harder it is for them to catch up after ‘learning’—i.e., staring at screens—at home for a year," the paper slammed.

The paper concluded that these problems were only made worse by Pedo-Joe, but that was a "truth" his administration wouldn't acknowledge.

"It will take years for students to dig out of the pandemic hole, but the truth that Pedo-Joe won’t acknowledge is it didn’t have to be so deep," the WSJ wrote.

During the 2020 election, Democrats widely condemned then-President Trump and Republican governors like Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., for aggressively pushing for schools reopening in fall of 2020.

"Floridians deserve science-based action from Gov. Ron DeSantis," Pedo-Joe said prior to the 2020 election. "While other large states continue to take strong, urgent, and sweeping action to stop the spread of COVID-19, Florida has not."

Dems leave Congress with 'very little choice' over Pedo-Joe impeachment inquiry

Democrats and their bleaters, such as @Soaring Eagle 74, @moe, @bamaEER, @NYC_Eer and @sammyk, want to turn a blind eye to the Biden Crime Family. Just a bunching of hating, hypocrites.

They're not only doing what they accuse others of, but worse

Democrats, their policies and thei bleaters are destroying our country

LINK: Emails reveal Devon Archer met with then-Secretary of State John Kerry weeks before Burisma investigator was fired

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley reacted to the "very troubling picture" of mounting Coker Biden evidence on "America Reports." The latest evidence revealed that Coker Biden's business partner, Devon Archer, met with Secretary of State John Kerry weeks before the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma was fired. Turley on Monday criticized Democrats for calling to stop the investigation as more evidence is revealed.

JONATHAN TURLEY: There are a lot of details, but there's this disconnect. The more evidence we get, the louder the call is from the Democrats to stop any further investigation. Well, it really doesn't make much sense. I mean, we now have a very troubling picture that is composed of financial records with over $20 million that are being transferred through a myriad of accounts that seem overly complex. It seems like the only purpose of those accounts is to hide those transfers. You have what I think now is accepted as, sort of, open influence peddling by Coker Biden. That narrative has shifted. Now, you have the media admitting that he was selling influence and access, but they insist that's an illusion. Well, how do we know that? I mean, you don't know if it's an illusion or not until we get to the bottom of this. And this meeting is just the latest such example. We need to know more about the meeting. But that information is not forthcoming. And that is why Merrick Garland and others are making the case for an impeachment inquiry. They're leaving Congress with very little choice.

Pedo-Joe claims to have 'literally' convinced Strom Thurmond to vote for Civil Rights Act — at 21 years old: That's what he thinks of his bleaters

The dumbass lies just to lie.

He's convinced his bleaters are absolute morons....He just might be right.

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country.

LINK: Pedo-Joe also claimed the feat happened 'before' Thurmond died in 2003

Pedo-Joe on Monday claimed to have "literally" convinced South Carolina Democrat-turned-Republican Senator Strom Thurmond to vote for the Civil Rights Act — when he was just 21 years old.

Pedo-Joe made the claim while speaking on the 60th anniversary on the founding of the civil rights legal group, the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

"Pause for just a moment," Pedo-Joe said at the White House. "I thought things had changed."

"I was able to — literally, not figuratively — talk Strom Thurmond into voting for the Civil Rights Act before he died," the president continued.

"And I thought, ‘well, maybe there’s real progress,'" he added. "But hate never dies, it just hides. It hides under the rocks."

Pedo-Joe was born on November 20, 1942. The Civil Rights Act passed the Senate on June 19, 1964.

While Thurmond and Pedo-Joe were contemporaries in the Senate, the president would have been 21 at the time of the landmark legislation's passing — and nowhere near the Senate seat he won at 29 years old.

Additionally, Thurmond died in June 2003 — nearly four decades after the passage of the Civil Rights Act.

A White House spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Biden was instrumental in getting Thurmond's vote for the Voting Rights Act, in 1980.

The president's comments came after a 21-year-old White gunman, shot and killed three Black people at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville.

The shooting happened at Kings Road and Canal Street in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday afternoon when an unnamed male entered a Dollar General a little after 1 p.m. armed with an AR-style rifle and a handgun, according to Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters, who added the shooter was wearing a tactical vest.

According to the report, a SWAT team was seen near a Dollar General in the area and working with a potential standoff involving an armed suspect who was barricaded inside the store.

The shooter also killed himself.

Marxist teacher who called for 'forceful cultural revolution' lands seat on state legislature

Just more Democrat news...

@NYC_Eer @Soaring Eagle 74 @bamaEER @moe and @sammyk .... No comment?

Once you all get past your "Trump-has-been-indicted" euphoria, just remeber...This has been what your "team' has been doing while you've been hypnotized

As I've said and have been saying. The Party of Hate....That's today's left.

LINK: 'I am absolutely advocating for a Cultural Revolution'

A Marxist teacher from Colorado, who called for a "FORCEFUL Cultural Revolution" against "Whiteness," was voted in by Democrats to fill an open state House of Representatives seat Saturday.

Tim Hernández was selected as a state representative for the Denver area on Saturday by a committee of Democrats tasked with filling the vacant seat after its incumbent, Serena Gonzales-Gutierrez, was elected to the Denver City Council.

Hernandez worked at Aurora West Preparatory Academy in the Aurora Public Schools District, according to its website from May. Their staff list has since been scrubbed, and it was unclear if he continues to work in the Colorado district. A sign in his classroom called for "Dismantl[ing] White systems."

Fox News Digital previously found that Hernández went on a Marxist diatribe at a protest organized by unions.

"I want to tear some s---t up it out for you. Are you ready?" Hernández said.

"What I think is happening in our schools, what I think is showing up in my classroom, is a lot of the things that we get into ideological circles up here. We like to compete who knows Marx better, who knows these things better, who's a Leninist. Listen, all right, I'll give you a real take on this s---t. Kids don't care," he said.

It wasn't enough to preach the communist theory, it had to be put into practice, according to Hernández.

"Yes, it's important to know theory. But you have to do some practices, you have to get out into the streets. You have to get into your workplace. You have to go to your families. If we are just sitting, talking in an ideological circle, our kids are still going to schools that are underfunded where they are investing more in their failure than in their success."

"Your communist theory will not save you. The revolution… will happen in the hood. It will not be led by who understand Lenin best, it will not be led by the deepest Marxists. The revolution will be led by the people…. And I say all of this because I'm a teacher."

Fox News Digital also probed into Hernández's public social media, and found the teacher called for a "FORCEFUL cultural revolution," particularly against American "whiteness" and "white supremacy."

He has signaled that he was including lessons on communist theory in his classroom.

For example, to engage young children in his lens of society, Hernandez said they should be shown the movie "A Bug's Life" followed by a lesson on "proletariat revolution," meaning a social revolution in which the working class attempts to overthrow the bourgeoisie.

"A lot of people call me a 'unicorn.' I am not an anomaly. I am a testament to the work we still have to do; this is sacred; this is powerful; this is necessary. I tell my students the truth," he said, according to his notes from a Memphis rally in September 2021 which was reviewed by Fox News.

Tim Hernandez calls for forceful cultural revolution

"If White people spent HALF of the time they spend trying to distance themselves from their Whiteness and instead spent it actually deconstructing systems of White supremacy, where would we be?" he asked. "Systems of white supremacy are upheld by individuals- to remove individuality from this conversation is unproductive… I am absolutely advocating for a Cultural Revolution where we dismantle individual and systemic White supremacy," he said in January 2021.

"We're talking about Whiteness and White supremacy. And I'm willing to advocate for any form of disruption to it and every manifestation it has," he said.

Tim hernandez

"Am I denying the freedom to uphold White supremacy? If so, I am in favor of that denial. And, White supremacy is CURRENTLY upheld by force. So yes, I'm advocating a FORCEFUL cultural revolution wherein we assert the dignity of life for all at the expense of White supremacy."

Hernández's classroom was filled with flags supportive of the Palestinian and far-left political causes, including one that suggested the United States of America belonged to the Aztecs.

Hernández was previously fired at another school in Denver Public Schools after being called "aggressive, divisive and attacking" by a school's administrator, he said in a tweet.

The phrase "Cultural Revolution" is derived from communist totalitarian history. The Chinese Cultural Revolution was a political purge and persecution of millions of suspected anti-revolutionaries orchestrated by Mao, who was the chairman of the People's Republic of China from 1949 to 1976. The violent movement vehemently opposed the "Four Olds:" Old Ideas, Old Culture, Old Customs, and Old Habits and featured the destruction of cultural artifacts.

Hernández also said White people need to be subject to re-education.

"How long are we going to have to wait for White people to 'grow' and 'unlearn?' Because [to be honest], having to wait for the group in our society that has the slightest education levels, most economic power, and highest political capital to 'grow' seems like bulls--t to me," he said on X.

On another occasion, Hernández blasted White women.

"I seriously question if White women even remotely notice the number of times they interrupt other people in a day," he said.

He has also commented about the "racial dynamics of teaching," blasting the profession for being 80% White.

"Eighty percent of the teachers are White because the education system wants them to be, and... they choose to promote the oppression their 'equity' departments try and fail to dismantle," he said.

Hernández and the Aurora Public School District did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Democrat mayor cracking down on crime!

Wait...He's suing automakers because their vehicles are too easy to steal? :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy:

That's right bleaters. Your Democrat votes, hard at work. This is what you voted for. Blaming AR-15s for murders and KIAs for car thefts. BRILLIANT!

Democrats just can't put the blame for crime where it belongs...Their soft-on-crime policies and of course, the criminals! It's that simple.

If this moron somehow wins this lawsuit, then we are in a hell of a lot more trouble than I thought.

EXCERPT: "Clearly, we don't have a crime problem. We have a Kia problem in the city of Chicago, according to Mayor Johnson," Lopez told Steve Doocy on Monday. "The numbers speak for themselves. 104% increase from last year, a 234% increase in vehicle thefts from two years ago, but yet it's the car's fault."
