As the plot thickens. It's just one disaster after another.
The fact they caused the problem then said “if you have kids and you choose to stay, you will be prosecuted, so you need to find somewhere else to go” anytime the government or corporations protected by them duck up this bad, they should be the ones paying for everyone’s hotels and other locations they have to stay at.
I believe by the lack of response to this disaster is either incompetent or on purpose
