ESPN losing access to the B1G has left them with a large hole to fill.
They still have possession of the SEC which will fill many of those holes but they're going to want to see the ACC do well, if for no other reason than ensuring when the GoR is finally up in 2036, Clemson, FSU, and whoever else are still relevant enough to bring into the SEC.
The best move out there to bolster to ACC and give them some more marquee matchups is to bring WVU into the conference.
I don't know if that's the best move for WVU or not but I think I'd rather take my chances in a conference of rivals than ride things out in the Midwest.
I won't be angry if we are stuck in the B12 forever, but I'd happily join the MAC if it meant we got to play VT and Pitt every year.
