We just found out today that JW Walsh is now done for the season. I guess that makes it 50-50 on wether or not we get the joy of watching our 3rd string QB against TCU this next weekend.

Tracy Moore looks to be done for the year as well. There's already talk about his chances to get a medical redshirt on our board. He is the most experienced receiver on the team, and the one game he and Lunt played together they hooked up for 4 TD's.

It looks like TE Justin Horton may be done as well. He isn't used often, but seems to have a knack for big catches when he gets a chance.

Still no word on how serious the injury to our other senior receiver, Isaiah Anderson, is.

Jeremy Smith tried to share some of Randle's load again this week. One carry, 3 yards, limped back off the field. Smith is a fantastic running back, perhaps a better ball carrier than Randle even (not as good a football player though). Missing him is really going to hurt. Randle's already past half his career high for carries in just six games, and he only had 6 or so against Savannah State.

There are a lot more in the two deep than just that, especially amongst the receivers. We're fortunate that Stewart, Jackson and Charlie Moore have played so well and appear healthy for the moment.

We still control our own destiny, but if we don't catch a break with regards to health soon it's going to be a really short title defense. Kansas State would be a tough but at 100%, and I don't like our chances against TCU if we have to start Chelf at QB. Then we finish with West Virginia, Texas Tech, @ OU and @ Baylor.

Hate to hear that. Definitely going to be difficult to overcome those injuries but you have to keep pushing forward. Good luck.
