Sort of proves my point that Marshall's dubious "top 25" ranking was gratuitous at best, and a tip of the hat to G5 schools to keep them somewhat happy, and basically, mute them.

An unranked, one loss, G5 school would have been way too much of a forced ice bucket challenge to its member schools. I believe Athlon has Marshall at #70 preseason(Heck, I think Steele has Moo running the rack with that schedule. Athlon appears to believe W. Ky is better, at least they were last year)...... I like the Massy composite ratings. Massy averages all the top ranking systems.
If you don't like average ranking then choose one of the rankers and use their average.

The one I posted was pre season from Athlon, I believe...without looking again, for this upcoming year.
