They can try. It doesn't fit or meet any elements of that crime. So it will get tossed out too. More importantly look at how the New Democrat Party is trying to subvert Democracy. This isn't China, Venezuela, or Iran yet. That shit isn't going to be allowed to fly. Eventually idiots will learn the Oath Keepers were the least of their worries.
