Neal - as P5 HC 3, as recruiter 8, as a man 9.....
I personally think Neal's mindset and style can make him very successful at a smaller non P5 school
Chad Scott - RB: 9
Andrew Jackson - DL: 8
Mike Joseph - Strength: 7
Jordan Lesley - DC: 6
Graham Harrell - QB/OC: 5 (unknown because I think he is being micro'd)
Matt Moore - OL: 4 (part is recruiting and I think he is below avg but not as bad as many here think)
Tony Washington - WR: 4
Deante Wright - Safeties : 1 (out of position and not physical)
Shadon Brown - CB: 1 (Cannot line up right or stay with anyone)
Jeff Koontz - LB: 1 (I think the key weakness for us every year - undisciplined out of position all day/year long)
Sean Reagan - TE: 1 (to many bodies and little production .... last couple games blocking has improved though)
