It's called "dereliction of duty" and that's why we have something called "impeachment". Impeach both of those clowns in the executive branch.

A prominent pathological liar, who is a narcissist, will never ever admit failure, is never wrong, and will lie through his teeth at every instance. Oh, and blame everyone but himself admit nothing, and skewing it all in his favor, totally unaware that everyone sees through it. And mostly, there is never any shame nor remorse.
