Bears rookie Kevin White is already one of the most popular players in the NFL — if you follow the money.

The Bears receiver was one of three rookies to place in the top 50 of the NFL Players, Inc. quarterly report, released Thursday, that details the sales of licensed products. The other two were the top two picks in the draft: quarterbacks Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. The Titans’ Mariota ranked No. 9, Winston No. 10.

Bears chairman George McCaskey might have been the first fan to own a White jersey. The day after he was selected, McCaskey procured a customized one from Halas Hall to wear downtown to the Day 2 of the NFL Draft.

White is one of two Bears on the list. Receiver Alshon Jeffery ranked No. 38.

The top five are quarterbacks — the Patriots’ Tom Brady, the 49ers’ Colin Kaepernick, the Seahawks’ Russell Wilson, the Packers’ Aaron Rodgers and the Broncos’ Peyton Manning.

The list details sales from March 1 to May 31. White’s presence is notable, considering that he wasn’t selected by the Bears until April 30.

The Bears open training camp Wednesday in Bourbonnais. White, who missed OTAs with an unspecified injury, is expected to participate, the team has said.
